Standard NEMA enclosures were designed for standard installations. When your PLC panel, HMI station, or automation control cabinet has an irregular footprint, a non-standard component arrangement, or a machine-side mounting requirement that a catalog box won’t serve, a custom aluminum-framed cabinet is the answer. Our control cabinets are built on 6000-series aluminum T-slot framing with integrated 35 mm DIN rail mounting, machined HMI cutouts, vented or solid panel options, and hinged locking doors — engineered exactly to your layout.

35 mm DIN Rail Mounting
Standard 35 mm DIN rail is integrated directly into the aluminum frame at any height configuration, providing industry-standard mounting positions for PLCs, drives, relays, terminal blocks, and power supplies.
Vented & Solid Panel Options
Vented panels with filter media allow natural convection cooling for heat-generating components. Solid panels provide IP-rated sealing. Both panel types interchange in the same T-slot frame for mixed configurations.
Hinged Locking Doors
Hinged front doors with keyed cylinder locks provide secure access to control components. Full-width single-door or split-door configurations available; rear service access available on freestanding cabinets.
HMI Cutout Machining
HMI panel cutouts are precision-machined to your screen size and bezel specification — standard VESA mounting patterns, custom OEM bezels, and flush-mount configurations are all achievable in the aluminum panel.
Integrated Cable Management
T-slot channels in the interior frame extrusions accept standard DIN rail cable duct, saddle clips, and Panduit-style cable management accessories — no drilling required, no aftermarket bracket solutions.
Custom Footprint & Depth
Any footprint from a compact machine-side pendant cabinet to a large multi-section panel room. Depth and width are sized to your component layout, not to a catalog’s standard increments.
