Portable & Modular Booths
When you need a controlled workspace that moves with your operation, a portable modular booth delivers real enclosure performance without permanent installation. Built on 6000-series aluminum T-slot framing with interchangeable panel infill, our booths are designed for spray finishing, fabrication staging, powder coat prep, and temporary clean zones — and they relocate in hours without tools, without damage, and without starting over.
Engineered for Mobility Without Compromise
A portable booth shouldn’t require you to choose between mobility and structural integrity. Our booths are engineered with the same T-slot frame used in our permanent enclosures — just deployed on casters or with quick-release floor anchors.
Quick-Assemble T-Slot Frame
6000-series aluminum T-slot extrusion bolts together without welding or special tooling. The same frame can be reconfigured to a different footprint or expanded by adding additional bays after initial deployment.
Caster-Mounted or Bolt-Down Base
Heavy-duty industrial casters allow the entire booth to roll between work areas. Lock-down casters keep the structure stable during operation; bolt-down feet are available for semi-permanent placement.
Interchangeable Panel Infill
Solid aluminum, polycarbonate, and wire mesh panels insert and swap in the same T-slot frame. Configure solid walls where containment matters and clear panels where visibility is required.
Integrated Door Options
Hinged and sliding door assemblies are engineered into the frame — not bolted on as afterthoughts. Single-leaf, double-leaf, and large-format access doors available for forklift and equipment entry.
Exhaust & Ventilation Provisions
Knock-out ports and framed exhaust openings are built into the panel layout for spray booth exhaust fans, paint vapor extraction, and dust collection duct connections.
Custom Footprint & Height
From compact 6 × 6 ft single-person booths to 20 × 20 ft drive-through fabrication rooms, every booth is sized to your floor space and application requirements.
Portable Booth Applications
Any operation that requires a contained workspace that isn’t permanently tied to one location benefits from a portable modular booth.
- Spray Finishing & Touch-Up Booths — Contain overspray for manual spray finishing, touch-up painting, and surface coating operations without dedicating a permanent room to infrequent finishing work.
- Powder Coat Prep Zones — Clean, enclosed staging areas for part masking, surface prep, and pre-treatment before powder coat application — rolls into position when needed and out when not.
- Fabrication & Welding Cells — Temporary fabrication rooms for contract work, overflow capacity, or short-run production that needs containment without permanent construction.
- Temporary Clean Zones — Dust-controlled workspaces during facility maintenance, equipment installation, or cleanroom-adjacent operations where contamination must be limited.
- Trade Show & Demo Structures — Branded enclosures for product demonstrations, live manufacturing exhibits, and trade show installations that assemble in hours and pack down for transport.
- Isolation & Quarantine Enclosures — Temporary enclosures for chemical storage, hazardous material staging, or operational areas that need to be isolated from the general facility floor.
