Woodworking & CNC Light Enclosures

CNC routers and automated woodworking equipment generate chips, dust, and acoustic noise that affect operator safety, downstream air quality, and adjacent operations. Our CNC light enclosures are purpose-built for dust containment in woodworking and panel processing environments — with polycarbonate visibility panels for unobstructed machine monitoring, EPDM-sealed frames, integrated vacuum hose ports, and large-format access doors for tooling changes and material loading.

Purpose-Built for CNC Dust Environments

A standard guarding panel doesn’t seal against fine wood dust. Our CNC enclosures use EPDM perimeter seals and lapped panel joints to contain dust at the source before it reaches the facility air.

EPDM Perimeter Sealing

Continuous EPDM gasket seals at every panel joint and door frame create a dust-minimizing barrier. Fine MDF and hardwood dust is contained at the source rather than distributed through facility air.

Polycarbonate Visibility Panels

Full-height 6 mm clear polycarbonate panels on one or more sides provide unobstructed sightlines to the cutting area during operation. Panels are impact-rated and chip-resistant.

Chip Deflection Design

Angled interior panel profiles and chip deflection rails direct chips down toward the machine base rather than allowing accumulation on horizontal surfaces where they create housekeeping and slip hazards.

Vacuum & Cable Ports

Framed port openings for dust collection hoses (2”–8” diameter) and cable management pass-throughs are engineered into the panel layout at the correct height for your machine and collector configuration.

Large-Format Access Doors

Full-height hinged or sliding access doors on one or both ends allow sheet material loading, tooling changes, and maintenance access without removing panels or disassembling any part of the enclosure.

Overhead Plenum Option

An integral overhead plenum connects to your dust collector and draws air uniformly across the cutting zone, improving collection efficiency compared to single-point floor-level pickup.

CNC Enclosure Applications

Any woodworking or panel-processing machine that generates fine particulate benefits from a purpose-built enclosure rather than open-air operation or improvised barriers.
