Flip-down carton retainer gates signal the lane-empty condition while retaining the last unit.
Rear lane guides at the load face ensure containers are centered in the lane during loading and prevent off-center loading that causes containers to jam or drift across the lane width during gravity feed. Rear guides are adjustable in width to match the front divider setting and are captured in the rear frame rail T-slot.

A single lane width change with spring-clip dividers takes approximately 30 to 60 seconds for a trained operator. The process is: press the release tab on the front divider clip, slide to the new position, release. Repeat at the rear. Adjust the front end stop height if needed. No tools are required, and the rack does not need to be emptied to change the lane width if the container size change is within the range of the existing lane depth.
Standard lane dividers are unsupported along the full lane depth between the front and rear frame rails. For lane depths up to 900mm, a single divider blade between front and rear rails is adequate for containers up to 30kg. For deeper lanes (900mm to 1500mm) or heavier containers, an intermediate support rail or a deeper blade section is added at the midpoint of the lane. Yes. 304 and 316L stainless steel lane divider blades and end stops are available for food-grade, washdown, and pharmaceutical environments where anodized aluminum surfaces are not acceptable. Stainless steel dividers use the same T-slot mounting hardware as aluminum dividers and are compatible with all standard frame profiles.
A flip-down carton retainer gate is a hinged stop on the front frame rail that holds up against the face of the last container in the lane. When the last container is picked, the operator pushes the gate down to signal the empty lane condition. The gate is visible from the aisle as a lane-empty indicator for both operators and replenishment personnel. Some versions include a flag or color-coded indicator that is visible from a distance for supermarket management.
Yes. Any existing Modular Solutions rack with standard T-slot front and rear frame rails can accept retrofit spring-clip or fixed lane dividers. Provide the T-slot series (40-series, 45-series, or 80-series) and the front-to-rear rail dimension, and Modular Solutions will supply the correct divider blade length and clip type for the existing frame.
