Kanban replenishment racks combine the precision of gravity-flow FIFO lanes with the visual pull infrastructure that makes two-bin kanban work on the production floor.
Each lane has a dedicated T-slot clip-on card holder at the front rail. The card is visible the moment the front container is consumed — no searching, no counting, no system query needed to trigger replenishment.
Lane depth is set to hold exactly two containers. When the front container is removed, the rear container slides to the pick face and the kanban card is visible — the line never stocks out while replenishment is in transit.
Lane tags, zone headers, and signal flag brackets come color-coded by part family or delivery route. Supervisors read the replenishment status of the entire rack from across the aisle without approaching the pick face.
Red/yellow/green flag signal brackets attach to the T-slot uprights. A flag is raised when a kanban card is triggered and lowered when replenishment is confirmed — a visual closed-loop signal that requires no electricity.
